Axo Terms of Service
1. Accepting these terms
By using Axo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. What Axo is
Axo is a tool for practicing conversational Spanish with an AI tutor. The tutor’s replies are generated by an AI model, and AI-generated content can be wrong: it can make grammar mistakes, invent facts, or give awkward phrasing. Axo is for language practice only — it is not a source of factual information and not professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Do not rely on it for factual accuracy.
3. Acceptable use
- Use Axo only in ways that are lawful.
- Do not attempt to extract, resell, or otherwise misuse the underlying AI API, keys, or infrastructure.
- Do not probe, overload, or disrupt the service, and do not use automated tools to bulk-access it.
- Do not use the service to produce abusive or unlawful content directed at others.
4. Your account
If you create an account, give accurate information, keep your credentials safe, and treat activity on your account as your own. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).
5. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or endanger the service. You may stop using Axo, and delete your account, whenever you like.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Axo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It is a solo-developer project: we work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Axo. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Axo in the twelve months before the claim, or US $10, whichever is greater.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by United States law. If any part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; this page and its effective date will change when we do, and we will flag material changes in the app. Using Axo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
