Email brucegarro@gmail.com with the subject prefix “Axo support”. Include what you were doing, what you expected, and what actually happened — screenshots welcome.
Report an AI response
The tutor’s replies are AI-generated and occasionally wrong or inappropriate. To report one, email brucegarro@gmail.com (same “Axo support” subject prefix) and include what you said and what the tutor replied.
Delete your account
Account deletion is built into the app: Profile → Delete account. It immediately and permanently removes your account and learner memory — no email required.
